    Available in a variety of different package sizes for your convenience. All cut steaks ship individually packaged and frozen. We process out orders Monday through Wedensday with standard shipping and products are in transit 1-2 business days depending on customer location across the country.

      Ordered a few of these. Ordered on a Sunday got them on a Tuesday. FAST. Great quality and loved the flavor. Highly recommend on 20th Feb 2017

    2. We expected too much, or did we?

      I believe I have ordered steaks online for nearly the past 20 years. I am always looking for that steak that is one cut above. I have yet to find it, the one you cut wth your fork. on 24th Oct 2016

    3. Ribeyes were phenomenal!

      I can't say it enough; we've made several purchases from Creekstone Farms this year and everything has been consistently delicious. I especially love that Creekstone Farms is "Certified Humane" which means their animals are treated extremely well from cradle to grave. I'm willing to pay extra to ensure these animals live better lives. These ribeyes were scrumptious and just melted in our mouths. Highly recommend these to all! on 1st Jun 2016

      Arrived in great shape, still frozen. Made 3 steaks at first, due to my own error over cooked them, they do not need to go in the oven. The last steak I just seered on a cast iron, turned down the heat finished with butter, fresh rosemary and thyme, melt in the mouth delicious. on 23rd Mar 2016

    How to Grill a Reverse Sear Ribeye - Cooked on a Yoder Smokers YS640 Pellet Cooker

    In this video Chef Tom of All Things Barbecue will show you how to reverse sear a ribeye. We start off with an amazing piece of meat, a Creekstone Farms Master Chef Choice Ribeye weighing in at just over 18 oz. ( and season it with one of our favorite steak seasonings, Cattleman's Grill California Tri-Tip Seasoning ( We first smoked this steak at 225ºF on our Yoder Smokers YS640 set for indirect cooking. We placed the steak in the center of the top rack of the cooker. Once it had reached 115ºF internal we moved it over to a second YS640 set up for direct grilling. This grill was set at 400ºF and was over 500ºF at the grates. Once the steak reached an internal temperature of 130ºF we pulled it and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into it. You can see how evenly the reverse sear cooks a steak, giving a perfect medium-rare from edge to edge with just the right amount of sear and browning on the outside of the steak to release those wonderful meaty flavors.
