    1. 1st place Stillwater Blazathon

      Pork butt took first place at 2017 Stillwater Blazathon.
      I will admit though, I cooked two butts from same order and threw one away because it was just too tough to turn in.
      Ordering more for Sam's Club contest and Bixby.

    2. Natural Duroc Pork St Louis Style Ribs and Butt Combo Pack

      Ribs were smaller and less meaty than I expected. One pack of the ribs had turned gray and smelled rancid. I threw them away. Butts were smaller than expected too. I was very disappointed with the Ribs. Don't think I'll order these again. on 19th Sep 2016

    3. Will order ribs again, not pork butts

      We ordered the combo pack for a competition. As others mentioned, the butts were too small and we had to use our Sam's butt for the muscle. The ribs were delicious and looked great although smaller than other DuRocs we have bought and not-peeled. on 6th Jun 2016

    4. Not exactly as described

      The shipment arrived on time and was in perfect condition. I was disappointed in the butts mainly because the were boneless which are less than desirable for competition and they were a little small on the money muscle. Two racks of the ribs were pretty nice the other two not so much , not peeled and ready to use. We were still able to produce a 5th place in both meats. Martin A on 5th Jun 2016

    5. Not worth it.

      I ordered ribs and pork butts for a competition. The pork butt looked great when it arrived, but turned out a little tougher than what I'm used to. I ended up turning in a Tyson which was much more tender. The ribs were way thinner than I'm usually get. Also they turned out tougher than the Smithfield ribs. on 11th Apr 2016
