ribs were very good in flavor but were varied in size pulled 4 racks from pack to thaw and
prepare to cook .they were not skinned or peeled as stated and were varied in size so it would make a bad appearance in a turn in box thought they should have been more equal in meat size for the price but I will try them one more time have not cook brisket yet butch bingham
