Ribs were OK had a lot of fat also they had a lot of bone exposure. These ribs had large bones made it hard to bite clean without biting the bone I have gotten better in the past that's why only 3 stars Kris Greer

First order from Creekstone and scored a 5th place award! Great size with minimal trimming needed. Didn't rate 5 stars only because one of the 4 racks was very thin and even had 2 bones exposed on the meat side of the rack so the butcher went a bit tight on that one. Despite that unusable rack, our team will definitely be ordering again. Also, Courtney was great on the phone and answered all my questions professionally.David VW

These are great ribs.
I love Creek Stones Duroc StLouis stlye ribs. They are meaty yet smaller so you can fit more in a turn in box. Plus Courtney is great to deal with. Dennis Morris
