    2. pork ribs

      ribs were very good in flavor but were varied in size pulled 4 racks from pack to thaw and
      prepare to cook .they were not skinned or peeled as stated and were varied in size so it would make a bad appearance in a turn in box thought they should have been more equal in meat size for the price but I will try them one more time have not cook brisket yet

    3. St. Louis Spare Ribs, great but expensive

      Order was processed quickly and came exactly when they said it would.

      Meat arrived not frozen solid, but very cold, no shiners.

      Final product was amazing, maybe best I've ever made.

      Only real drawback is I couldn't calculate the price/lb before I ordered (since the weights aren't listed on the site). My best guess was that they would be in the $6/lb range (compared to $4/lb at the store), but when I weighed them upon arrival it was more in $8+ range.

      Sadly, while these were the best racks I've ever cooked at home, they definitely weren't worth twice as much as a store bought rack. I would be surprised if I pay that price again for ribs.

    4. Arrived thawed and rancid.

      I could not use these ribs at the cookoff. When these ribs arrived they were thawed and they smelled rancid when I opened them. The brisket was fine, however the ribs were thrown away due to the rancid smell. This is the first time I have ever received thawed and rancid ribs. I have NEVER received them thawed until this time. on 5th Oct 2016

    5. A+++
