Our USDA Prime Brisket in the package will be 16-18 pounds and the pride of your grill as we strive for briskets with the thickest, most even flats available. Creekstone Farms Premium Natural Duroc Pork St. Louis Style Ribs are peeled and ready for your enjoyment. Our St. Louis Style ribs have plenty of meat on their bones and are a popular item for competition bbq enthusiasts as well as backyard grilling aficionados alike. 
     
    This package includes (1) 16-18 pound Prime Brisket, (4) racks of St.Louis Style Duroc Pork Ribs, and (2) bone-in Duroc pork butts. 
     
    We process orders Monday-Wednesday and standard shipping allows 1-2 days in transit for delivery. There is an expedited shipping option if you need items sent out quickly otherwise we recommend you place orders at least one week before you need them.

    1. Wow!

      I used this combo pack for a BBQ competition and took home first place in every category except ribs. The brisket was amazing. It had a huge flat that made some killer slices. The pork was a perfect size and had a huge money muscle. The ribs were ok. I would prefer them to be a little more meaty with straighter bones. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of the meats. The customer service was hands down the best experience I’ve had from a company. on 3rd Oct 2017

    2. Not what you think!!

      tons of fat on brisket flat was like 1/2 inch to 1/4 thick, ribs are small for st louis ribs, butts are just as good as you can buy at wal mart... save your money go to a local store on 16th Oct 2016

    3. Pork and ribs were as advertised

      Brisket was a major disappointment! The flat tapered off to like a 1/2" thick, which I have never seen before. Would not buy again. However I would buy the pork products again. on 28th Aug 2016

    4. Competition Worthy

      Used them for the first time in competition. Got 2nd place ribs and 5th place pork, out of 25 teams, including some really great teams and one JD champ. Brisket didn't do as well, but I thought it was great - I think we just had some bad luck judge-wise or something I missed on some of the slices, as we got one super positive comment card complementing our flavor and texture on our burnt ends, and another comment card saying that it was dry and chemical-tasting. That isn't the brisket's fault as far as I'm concerned.

      As others have said, the butts are a bit on the small side - 7.5-9 lbs - and therefore the money muscle is smaller, but the two I cooked had really nice looking money muscles with great flavor and marbling.

    5. Comp BBQ Meat

      I got the package in 2 day's awesome, the Brisket is spot on, and the Pork Butts are good also just a little on the small side but will do fine, the Ribs are on the thin side not good for comp's at all. Bones are straight and taste good but just to thin. on 15th Aug 2016
